Established in 2020, we have extensive experience in automation, as well as in the repair and design of electronic equipment. We also offer electric motor repair services.
We design automatic equipment and implement robotic systems tailored to our clients' needs. Our team has broad expertise in developing electronic control boards based on microcontrollers, PLC programming languages, and design software.
Here, we showcase some of the machine designs we have developed for our clients. These include equipment for wire harness processing, such as component assembly machines, testing equipment, plastic tube shrink machines, vision systems for fuse boxes, induction heating machines, resistance welders, thermal film stamping machines, and more.
We also provide spare parts sales and support services for our clients.
In addition, we offer repair, sales, and technical support for hydraulic systems. We work with brands such as Rexroth, Parker, EATON, Nachi, and others.
We are also an official distributor of KINGS 3D printers, a globally well-positioned brand. Their lineup includes:
- SLA (Stereolithography) for plastic resin.
- SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) for plastic materials.
- SLM (Selective Laser Melting) for metals.
In the repair of electronic equipment and circuit boards, all damaged components are replaced, as well as stressed, overheated, or power-leaking components. In addition, we have extensive experience in the repair of electric motors, servomotors, and servo controllers. We use the latest technology in equipment for circuit board repair.
Some of our clients include: JABIL, ECI, ALCOA FUJIKURA, AMERICAN INDUSTRIES, GRUPO DEKKO, TECMA, and JOHNSON CONTROLS.
We have the experience needed to provide top-quality service, working to meet delivery deadlines and offering the most competitive pricing in the market.
Additionally, we are certified Green Belts, which allows us to offer our clients services and consulting for cost-reduction projects—helping them achieve savings (through material savings or staff reduction), downtime reduction, and scrap minimization.
